The Petroleum Training Institute (PTI) is loacted in Effurun in Delta state, Nigeria. It is a federal polytechnic and it is owned by the Federal Government of Nigeria.

The Bamidele Olumilua University (BOUESTI) is a state government owned University located at Ikere-Ekiti, Ekiti State. The university has various undergraduate programmes for UTME candidates, Direct Entry candidates and part-time candidates.
