Nick’s parents, Serbian immigrants, faced the challenge of raising a child with this condition. His father, a pastor, unfortunately, passed away in 2017. Nick’s early life was marked by difficulties; his mother initially struggled to accept his condition, and he experienced bullying at school. He even attempted suicide at one point but was saved.
Despite these challenges, Nick’s parents encouraged him to focus on the positive aspects of life. Growing up, he faced stares and judgments but, with his parents’ support, learned to embrace his uniqueness.
